Shipping Information:

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping:
We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery:

  • Local delivery is available for addresses within a 4 mile radius of Teel Parkway and Ridgecross Road in Frisco, Texas for the time being, subject to change at anytime.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to countries that allow Honey items.
Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays:
Please note that there may be delays due to weather, postal service issues, customs clearance, etc., especially during high-volume seasons.

Your credit card information and personal information are safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

Terms of Sale
Terms of Sale: All sales are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy posted at Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as well as the terms and conditions of this Return Policy, which together constitute a binding contract. Merchandise is not intended for commercial resale or export; engaging in such activities will be deemed a breach of contract. Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.

We may change any of the above policies or practices at any time, which shall be binding when posted.

Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We do not accept returns on any Honey related items, wooden paddles or clothing/hats/tumblers. 

Exchanges:
We do offer exchanges on clothing only, not hats, if notified within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds:
Once we receive your exchange, we’ll inspect the item and notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 days.

How to Start an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@tributehoney.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@tributehoney.com with an explanation along with a photo so we can make it right. If the product was damaged during shipping, please include a picture of the packaging along with the item. Thank you.
